Now nationally known as the independently produced Globo television series “Olhar Estrangeiro”, was conceptualized by Mark Lassise while deciding to move from the Big Apple to Rio de Janeiro.   In 2009 Raphael Vieira agreed to produce the pilot for “American in Brasil”. A few years later after many hurdles cleared and help from talented friends, Olhar Estrangeiro (The Foreign Eye) was put on national TV.

    i share your enormous enthusiasm for this phenomenal country, i’ve been coming here incorrigibly on a monthly basis since early 2007, drawn only by intuition & now headed for permanent relocation as i judge the country superior to the US in many ways.

    what a jewel brasil is! the rio olympic win truly is reflective of the international recognition of the country’s emergence as a global economic power.

    keep up the site, i’ll be foraging for nuggets on a regular basis

    • I visited many times as well during a very similar time frame and eventually moved here two months ago. I agree with you and will continue to build AIB.
